It’s time to take the first step toward healing and reclaim your sense of self.
Whether you’re struggling with substance abuse, addictive behaviors, relationship conflicts, low self-esteem, anger issues, lack of self-control, or simply want to improve your life, therapy provides the tools to help you heal, gain insight, and make lasting change.
Through individual therapy, you’ll learn to:
Therapy offers a safe space to explore your personal challenges, gain self-awareness, and uncover the beliefs, emotions, and actions that shape your life. By reflecting on your values, you can make choices that align with your goals and help you become the person you want to be.
Together, we can work through your struggles and move toward a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
Group therapy can be incredibly effective, both on its own and as a complement to individual therapy. It offers a unique opportunity to develop new skills, connect with others facing similar challenges, and learn through shared experiences.
While the idea of participating in group therapy may feel intimidating at first, many find the experience to be more rewarding than expected. It’s natural to feel reluctant about sharing personal struggles with strangers. However, once you take the first step, you’ll likely be surprised by the positive outcomes. Group therapy offers a supportive space to heal with others who are facing similar difficulties, reducing feelings of isolation, shame, and self-blame.
Group therapy is ideal for those looking to:
If you resonate with others who share similar struggles and are open to learning from their journeys, group therapy may be a good fit for you. In addition to providing a supportive environment, group therapy helps foster social skills and is more affordable than individual sessions. Healing within a group reminds us of our shared humanity and strengthens the bonds that connect us all.
OUR DBT SKILLS GROUP
offers four 4-week modules to help you develop skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal skills and mindfulness strategies. The group will run like a class, providing a safe and supportive space for individuals to practice and improve their skills with the goal of enhancing emotional well-being and interpersonal relationships.

This 4-week course on Emotional Awareness and Regulation is designed to help you better understand and manage your emotions. You will learn how to identify and name your emotions, recognize triggers that lead to intense emotional reactions, and develop strategies to reduce emotional reactivity. The course will also focus on fostering positive emotions and minimizing emotional pain.
This 4 week course is designed to provide support, education, and practical skills to help individuals on their journey to recovery from substance abuse.
