Hi, my name is Viviane Silva,
I’m a compassionate clinical social worker supporting individuals with addiction, codependency, and emotional regulation challenges. I specialize in helping those who tend to people-please or neglect their own needs and well-being.
Many clients come to me feeling stuck in patterns of avoiding conflict, suppressing their needs, and struggling with self-esteem, decision-making, and seeking external validation.
I want you to know that healing is possible. I support clients in building confidence, expressing their needs, reconnecting with their self-worth, and creating more stability in their lives.
I’m also a yoga teacher, a Level 2 Breathwork teacher, and an Intermediate-level Somatic Experiencing® student. My work is grounded in nervous system awareness and trauma-informed care.
If this resonates with you, let’s connect for a brief consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
Social Worker MSW/RSW ONTARIO
My decision to pursue a career as a therapist stem from my own life experiences, as well as those of people I care about. I have observed individuals struggling with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, questions of sexuality, life changes, identity concerns, family integration, separation, and low self-worth. Too often, they avoid seeking professional guidance due to inaccessibility, unease, limited resources, and insufficient support networks.
Having personally navigated the need for assistance without finding readily available, relatable support, I empathize with the difficulty of reaching out. Therefore, I have made it my personal commitment to transform the perception of therapy, fostering a more inclusive and encouraging environment.
When I am not in my therapist role, I often enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends, baking, and cooking traditional cuisines. I have direct clinical experience in counseling individuals, families, and couples with a range of presenting concerns and goals.

Registered Psyhotherapist (RP), MD (IMG) – Ontario
My name is Alex Kazmin, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with a Medical Degree (IMG), bringing over twenty years of experience in medical, clinical, and research settings. For the past twelve years, I have practiced as a registered professional counselor and registered psychotherapist (RP).
As a licensed psychotherapist, I provide counseling to clients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and situational difficulties. My practice is grounded in
an eclectic methodology that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, Gestalt therapy, Existential therapy, and a holistic perspective. I am committed to offering every client an individualized approach, tailored
to their unique personality and needs.
I work with individuals aged 15 and older, as well as couples from diverse cultural backgrounds. My therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic principles, emphasizing wellness and personal growth rather than focusing solely on illness or diagnosis.
Each therapist at our practice brings a unique blend of training and passion to their work. Whether you’re looking for individual counseling, couples therapy, or group support, you’ll find a therapist who’s the right fit for your journey.
Our team may specialize in areas such as:
We integrate evidence-based models such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care with holistic practices like mindfulness, breathwork, and body-based awareness. This holistic approach enables us to locate the core of emotional challenges rather than merely treating their symptoms. Healing takes time. It starts with feeling safe, understood, and supported.
Let’s begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your needs and recommend the best solution to meet your goals.
