Secure video sessions are offered exclusively in Ontario and Nova Scotia. You can schedule a session directly on Voice to Heart calendar through the online client portal, or contact us via email hello@voicetoheart.ca or phone (437)800-2035 to schedule a session. We will respond to you within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays. 

Groups are limited to 10 participants each. Except Breath Work which welcomes more participants. 

All sessions take place virtually including group therapy sessions.

Most extended health benefits cover psychotherapy. Please confirm with your insurance provider your coverage for psychotherapy provided by a Registered Social Worker. Direct billing to insurance is not offered. A receipt will be provided to you after each session for insurance reimbursement. 

Payment is due at the end of each session. We accept payment via credit card or e-transfer.

We understand that unexpected events happen in life. We request that clients provide 48 hours notice for cancellations. Missed appointments will be charged for the appointment and late cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the session, unless due to an unforeseeable emergency, illness, accident, or childcare issues.
