We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If notice is not provided, the full session fee may apply. Thank you for your understanding!

No referral is needed. You can contact us directly and start whenever you feel ready.

Most clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Your therapist will work with you to create a schedule that supports your goals and fits your lifestyle.
Yes. Everything you discuss with your therapist is kept confidential. The only exceptions are rare and required by law, such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse, or a court order. Your therapist will explain these limits clearly during your first session.
