We’re a virtual psychotherapy clinic serving clients in Ontario and Nova Scotia. We offer individual therapy, group therapy, weekly breathwork sessions and trauma informed yoga.

Our approach is unique because we use an integrative model to psychotherapy, focusing on the relationship between body, mind and spirit. Healing is a deeply personal journey, and our goal is to help you heal by gaining awareness of your emotions, thoughts, physical experiences and spiritual understanding – ways in which you understand the nature and meaning of your own existence and your connection with yourself and others.
