Individual therapy offers the opportunity to explore your personal struggles and gain a deeper understanding of your belief system, emotional responses, actions and reactions that may be associated with your life challenges. It helps you to consider your personal values and make choices that are more aligned with your goals and consistent with the person you want to become. Ask yourself the questions: what do my thoughts, emotions and reactions reveal about my state of mind? How do I want to feel after interactions with others? How do I want others to perceive me? Let’s explore some of these questions together in therapy.
